I am a self-proclaimed reality tv whore. You name it – I TiVo it. From American Idol and America’s Best Dance Crew to Tool Academy, The Real World, and everything in between. The bigger the train wreck, the higher the entertainment value in my eyes. One of my favorite channels for real-life, jaw-dropping moments is truTV.
TruTV‘s slogan is truly attention-grabbing and memorable: “Not Reality… Actuality”. But, make sure to watch truTV with caution, because when the stories are real, the effect is actual. 
I often find myself making the most unattractive faces while watching various shows on truTV. Their programs are so amazing that viewers cannot help but have a physical reaction when watching. It’s impossible!
Take this clip for example. My facial expressions ranged from wide-eyed, hysterical laughter to the ‘Home Alone’ hands-on-the-face-in-utter-amazement look. I am pretty sure this is the only thing that could be worse than drowning… getting eaten alive by man-eating fish! Yeah…
There isn’t a week that goes by that I don’t watch my favorite truTV show, Forensic Files. I’m truly addicted. I’m also a big fan of Operation Repo and Rehab: Party at the Hard Rock Hotel. Check out these shows and other truTV clips if you want to shock and awe yourself.
