After a year of tweeting “the retweet is the new chest bump”, I have decided the time has come. Every good saying needs a t-shirt, right? Otherwise it’s not official… duh.

If you haven’t been filled in yet, pokens are the newest, freshest craze in social media and networking. Pokens are simply digital business cards. I really, really, really, really need your help!!! Our family friend Elizabeth Chalker, 39 years old, was an accomplished forensic and sports psychologist. She’s been sick half of her life and completely debilitated the last 7 years with severe Late Stage Lyme Disease and Endometriosis.
